If I were the Kenny of the board, it would be ME that kept dying. Alas, poor York.. I am alive and well.

Hey you guys, if you want to get this place back on its feet again then start posting here again. Couple that with targeted (and disciplined) use of the "foes" feature in your user control panel, and help things get underway!

For me, I lost all interest in this forum when some spineless twit aired-out someone else's very personal and rather dirty laundry, which involved a great many people and affected them deeply.

And what was the point of all that? To show that they were somehow super-cool, and really 'in-the-know' about something personal?

So what if a lot of the members of the forum knew this information? You don't shout it from the mountaintops. This epitomized the classlessness that WNYmusic had degenerated into. The moderators should've put the kabosh on that IMMEDIATELY. Admittedly, in this small town, everyone knows pretty-much everybody, but the thin veil of anonymity was torched and flailed about like some US flag at some generic Mid-east protest. Since this seems to have gone away, I lurk and sometimes post whereas for about five years prior I never even looked at this site.

My affinity for this site has admittedly waned. I think maybe others feel the same way. In a way, it is a dinosaur that has outlived it's usefulness and time. I think it's almost sad and pathetic to keep it going when only a handful of people actually regularly even post here. Newbies enter, but seem to exit rather quickly. I dare say that even the classified and show announcement forums are falling upon the same set of eyes and not much networking can be accomplished here.We should just let it die with a shred of dignity. Give it a proper one who comes from the isles type burial, have a big Winny fare-thee-well, and then be done with it as a part of our history.

That's good news to me. I think you were the only one who's threaten to ban me. Not saying it wasn't warranted though.

Actually, there wasn't that much sarcasm just very cutting, caustic, and sardonic satire. Which, someone should bottle to use as a weed killer, because some of that stuff was just as epic as it was very-Buffalo.

Although,, the sarcasm directed towards Eddie Van Halen was astonishing, and hilarious. That's what I miss.
